We are looking to recruit:
Property Assistant. 36 hours per week. £10.42 per hour. Permanent.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Stay team, you will be responsible for the safety and security of Stay’s accommodation, adhering to health and safety and fire safety. Working within the Voids and Maintenance team on speedy void turnaround. To contribute where appropriate, to delivering a client focused service to enable clients to develop and build upon their tenancy management skills to establish an independent lifestyle.
We need candidates to have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, initiative, administrative ability, flexibility and excellent communication skills.
Full, valid, UK driving license and car insured for business use is necessary. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check (expenses met by Stay).
