Working together to create lasting change
For over 30 years, Stay has been at the heart of the Telford and Wrekin community. We believe that ending homelessness requires a collective effort, which is why we work in close partnership with local organisations, services, and the people around us. By combining our specialist expertise with homely, supported accommodation, we can work with people to overcome barriers and build the foundations for a brighter, more independent future.

We’re people who care deeply about helping others.
We believe that…
- Everyone deserves a safe place to call home
- No one should face homelessness alone
- A supportive, non-judgemental community is the foundation for change.
With 10% of our team having first-hand experience of the challenges people face, we bring a real understanding to everything we do. Our staff combine this personal insight with specialist expertise to deliver a range of services, from homely, supported accommodation to vital community outreach.
We believe the best support is built together, so we work side-by-side with our tenants and clients to shape our services, from the first point of contact to the day someone moves into a home of their own. We work with people to overcome barriers and build the foundations for a brighter, more independent future.

What’s our vision?
To end homelessness and empower people to rebuild their lives.
We help over 1000 people get back on their feet each year. Help us continue our mission.
Prevent the causes of homelessness.
To respond to the immediate needs of those who face homelessness.
To champion the needs of homeless or vulnerable individuals at every opportunity.
