We’re Hiring: Project & Engagement Coordinator

Stay – Partners for Change

Location: Telford & Wrekin / Shropshire (county-wide travel)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Includes some early mornings/evening work)

Contract: Fixed term, linked to project funding

Salary: £32,103 Per Annum

Stay is looking for a Project & Engagement Coordinator to play a key role in delivering Partners for Change – a partnership transforming support for people experiencing homelessness across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a frontline outreach service, manage a dedicated team, and shape how organisations work together to support people in crisis.

 

About the Role

You will:

· Lead and coordinate our outreach and crisis response service

· Manage and support a small team of Outreach Workers

· Work closely with partners to deliver a joined-up, person-centred service

· Ensure people experiencing homelessness receive the right support at the right time

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has experience supporting people facing homelessness or complex needs

· Has strong leadership and coordination skills

· Is confident working across teams and organisations

· Is passionate about trauma-informed, person-centred support

· Wants to make a genuine impact in their community
