Concierge Worker
Location: Telford – on site required (will primarily be based in a vulnerable female-only house)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (rota TBC) evening work required
Salary: £26,082.51 per annum
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As part of our Voids and Maintenance team, you will:
- Ensure the safety and security of Stay’s accommodation
- Adhere to health and fire safety regulations
- Support the fast turnaround of void properties in readiness for new tenants
- Contribute to a person-centred service that helps individuals build tenancy management skills and move towards successful and sustainable independent living
About You
You’ll need:
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- A car insured for business use
